To secure an item, place an order in our web store, then make the payment. We will then confirm your order and your payment and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can and inform you about shipping costs and other useful information.

Shipping your items
After your payment has cleared we will start the process of packing and shipping your items.
We ship to most countries around the globe and we work with several carriers to find the best shipping solution for your needs.
Please inquire with us before any purchases, to obtain both a shipping quote and estimated time for both pick-up and delivery of your purchases and also to let us know if you have any special requests in regards to shipping your items.
As an additional service, we can pack your purchases and wrap them up as gifts, should you want to send someone you care about a personal gift. We can also add a personal message and a gift card, should you want us to. Please inquire with us about this service.
Free delivery
After your purchase has cleared, we offer free pick up or free delivery within the central Finspång area and after appointment, also to Norrköping, Linköping and Motala areas.
Domestic delivery
For a nominal fee we can also deliver larger items from Finspång to Kumla, Örebro, Katrineholm, Nyköping, Södertälje and Stockholm and other places along the E4 and we do this at least once a month. Please inquire with us about delivery along this route!
Please note that we can only deliver to the street right outside your address and to pre-arranged places and please also note that we can not assist in carrying any heavier items.
As part of our commitment to help save our environment from pollution and over-consumption and to minimise the use of materials and waste, we may use recycled packing materials whenever we can. Please note that we always put the safety of your items first and we do not use unsuitable packing materials.
If not otherwise stated, all our inventory is second hand, previously owned and should be treated as such. We do our very best to describe all our items as correct and as to the point as possible. We take high resolution pics of all items and we are very happy to provide you with more pics and as much information you may need to make a decision before purchasing from us. Just ask!

14-day Money Back Guarantee
We always offer a 14-day money back guarantee when purchasing from our online store. This mean you can purchase anything in our store and try it out in your home, your office or anywhere to make sure you are satisfied with your new purchase.
It also means you have the right to return your items, no questions asked, within 14 days of receiving the items.
However, this guarantee does not apply if you purchase items when visiting our warehouse or when we, Reternity Vintage, deliver them direct to you. You will then get the opportunity to check your items before you take possession of them. If not happy, we will return the item and issue a refund as soon as possible.
Returning items for a refund
If you want to return an item for a full refund, the first thing you must do is to contact us by email or by regular mail at [email protected]
When we have confirmed your wish to return an item, please make sure the item is in the exact same condition as it was when you first received it. If possible, ship it back by using the same box, tags and packing materials. If not possible, please use other suitable means of packing your item. It is imperative that you return the item with a carrier who provides both insurance and tracking and that you notify us of those details before you return the actual item. All costs for return shipping of your item for a money-back-guarantee must be paid by you, the purchaser, and this includes all costs such as VAT, GST, Customs fees, Handling fees, Import fees and all other applicable fees.
Refunds
Right of withdrawal:
You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to send us an email to [email protected]. You will find the instructions on how to do this on the delivery note in your parcel.
However, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order, before the withdrawal period has expired. For questions regarding withdrawal, please contact us at [email protected].
Effects of withdrawal:
We will refund all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back and after we have checked its condition.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you received your item(s). All our parcels contain information about how to handle any returns.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Damaged goods
In the unfortunate event of damaged goods while in transit, please contact the actual carrier with your complaint. Add as much information as you can and it is also a good practice to add high resolution pictures of all the damages. If it is obvious that the package, crate or other packing container has been damaged while in transit, please do not accept the package upon arrival and do not sign the carriers receipt upon delivery without notifying the carrier immediately that your package was damaged while in transit.
